Special sessions

Focused sessions that bring together researchers around emerging, specialized themes within AI-driven STEM education and sustainability.

The invitation

Propose a special session that spotlights a focused, emerging topic.

Special sessions complement the conference's main tracks by gathering work on specialized, fast-moving themes — bringing together related papers and the researchers behind them into a single, coherent part of the programme.

Proposals from the research community are warmly welcomed. If you lead or follow an emerging area within AI-driven STEM education and sustainability, we invite you to shape a session around it.

Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030Driving advances in mathematics, AI, education and sustainability.
The essentials

What makes a special session

A strong special session is focused, coherent and community-driven — a curated lens on a specialized topic that still connects back to the conference's research tracks.

Emerging themes

Focus on a cutting-edge sub-topic that crosses the conference tracks — an area where new methods, questions or applications are taking shape and deserve dedicated attention.

Cutting-edge focus

Cohesive programme

A curated set of papers presented together, so attendees experience a focused thread of research rather than scattered talks — making the session a destination in its own right.

Curated & coherent

Community-led

Organized by researchers who are active in the area, giving the session credible direction and a genuine connection to the people advancing the field.

Researcher-driven

Connected to the tracks

Every session maps onto one or more of the conference's six research tracks, keeping specialized themes anchored to the wider scope of AISTEMEDU 2026.

2

Submit a proposal
